Disappointed in the service from Steers Ceres. My daughter was looking forward to a Steers burger as she studies away from home. I took her for a burger on Saturday ,she picked a table. I placed order and payed. We had to fetch our food ourselves , not as before where our food was served in plates,but had to eat straight from our bag. My apologies if the setup has changed to customers that eat there and the take-aways are treated the same.
