Unique Flooring Unclaimed

Received my quote on Wednesday and floor were installed on Thursday. That was where the quick response ended. There was only 1 guy to install the floor and it took him 6 hours. No problem with the person installing but with the company that did not arrange for somebody to help. I also asked for a quote on blinds, that was on the 2nd of April. I have not as yet received anything after numerous calls as well as a visit to the shop where I left my details. Today is the 22nd. So my rating for the laminated flooring is 3 but for service 0!
