Hi doctor i was refferred to you by doctor Jan Jansen from spec savers from Menlyn shopping center. He gave a prescription so that i can give it to you for child check up. I would like to make an appointment next coming Monday (05-03- 2018).Please send the details when & where and what is needed

The worst service ever at the Lifestyle Centre. Optometrist referred. Appointment was for 15h15, waited 1hr 30 min to be helped. Left after 6pm. Dr. sees up to 5 different patients simultaneously so you don't get that 100 % attention. Feedback was given to Optometrist.Optometrist will continue treatment irrespective of Opthalmologist saying no treatment is necessary as there is nothing wrong with child's eyes. ?????

Dr Bridgens has the best most gentle bedside manner. She displays the greatest care for her patients. it definitely does not go unnoticed. Deserves 5 star

Dr Kathy is the kindest, most loving dr I have ever met. Thank you for your assistance with Jaden Kriel. Your gentle bedside manner hasn't gone unnoticed and we just think you are the BEST.
