The HELB Foundation is in existence since 2004 assisting people experiencing barriers to learning, but more specifically learners in schools. The HELB foundation is a registered NPO that is active in schools assisting learners in the classroom and in FET experiencing barriers to learning. The HELB Foundation provide support in the form of teaching literacy, tutoring, transcribing and other support as needed. Membership An annual subscription fee as determined by the board is charged, which is due on or before the 15th of any month. Registration will thus be for a year from the month of payment. Non members pay a standard rate (as determined by the board) per session. Members pay a reduced fee (as determined by the board) per session. Volunteers are exempt from membership fees.
