Multi M Glass Shop Unclaimed

Not a pleasant experience at all dealing with this business. Shocking !. Paid a deposit on 02/02/2015 for windows. 2nd week into the deal advised they will be ready latest 26th/27th Feb. Called thru out that week listening to stories finally told on the 27th Feb job could not be finished. Spoke to owner who promised refund by latest 03/03/15. Today 4th he did the most frustrating thing pretending he can not hear me, dropping the call. Dialled twice afterwards not picking up . Really . This is not personal I am not his friend all I was is my money back. The very least he could give me another time frame. Really !!
