Absolute worst service I've seen in my entire life. The people working in the Marble Hall branch are absolutely clueless. I've sent my explora to them twice without the problem being fixed everytime with a different excuse. After having my explora almost 2 weeks they could not fix the problem because they did not have a certified copy of my ID if only they told me they need it I would have given it to them.

Absolute worst service I've seen in my entire life. The people working in the Marble Hall branch are absolutely clueless. I've sent my explora to them twice without the problem being fixed everytime with a different excuse. After having my explora almost 2 weeks they could not fix the problem because they did not have a certified copy of my ID if only they told me they need it I would have given it to them.

UTTER DISGUST! we purchased a new DSTV explora with installation for R4500 of wich R2500 i had to pay upfront from MGTV early in December 2016 and they promised installation within a week. 2 Weeks later they did half the installation as they did not have stock on some parts. in January 2017 AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS they sent a level one technician to complete the installation. he broke/cut our alarm wires in the roof wich i had to fix vat my own cost only to find that the technician was not qualified to to do the 3rd view type of installation. 2 weeks later they came again, but when they left only 1 of the 5 tv' s were connected to the DSTV. i am paying a full 2 months subscription of the premium package and still cant watch tv. yet they continuously phone me to make full payment 0f the DSTV Installation. every time i refuse to pay the BALANCE OF R2000 DUE AFTER INSTALLATION, due to the installation not being complete they get angry and shout at you. my consumer rights are to pay for servi
