I am truly not happy with the service I have received from this company about two weeks ago my mother ordered bricks from them of which I had 2 do the payment for her but to my error I had paid them twice via internet banking, when I realised my error I contacted explained what had happened was asked to send them an email giving them the sequence of event and the proof of payment attached, of which I did but after that no contact was made by them of which I understood because at the end of the day the error was on my side,a week later I call enquire regarding the refund was told they will call me back of which they never did,two weeks later still waiting upon my mothers money.I mean who hasR6600 just to gibe away in this day an age,plus to top it all of the bricks that we're dropped of a quarter of them were broken and was told if they are short they will deliver more but my concern is if they take this long with the refund how long will they take will delivering or rather replacing.
