i found Neil Novick very unfair in terms of giving the best staff that can make a huge impact to the company and to deliver high results. I speak on my experience my question is why Mr Novick has or hold grudges to people why not move on and forgive. I believe Mr. Novick believes in God though he prays about forgiveness but himself never forgives or give a change to human been. Thats so wrong really,i pray that God soft his heart and to really open his eyes and recruit the best staff. Im very broken i love market SA because i know that i am capable of giving my very best. A successful business men knows how to overlook best quality staff who make a difference, and knows how to give a change to great staff.
