Worst bowling arena ever.every we go we have to wait an hour or more to play because only one or two lanes work.it is the only bowling place in bloemfontein and cant be kept in working condition.it is pathetic.maybe they must get new management

Worst service and experience ever!! Went there Wednesday evening was assisted by rudest lady ever!! Who pointedly told us there is only 1 lane working and there is 7 people in queue and they are closing in an hour and a half, all in 1 breath and obviously in no mood for us. We go back the next day, early to avoid same scenario, again this time only 2 lanes open and was told we couldn't play because booking was made and they were coming at 6, I mean seriously how are these people still even in business because they terrible, staff more interested in chatting up each other than assisting customers!

i was so dissapointed. i took a little girl to pay. R35 for me and R35 for her. only one lane open. rails on sides broken. that was the worst experiance ever. why take my money if everything is broken.?? when will the other lanes be repaired. very very very bad. what an impressision for other people visiting bloemfontein???
