Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

I have been calling your branch and all i get is this message box is full . How do i get any info if i cannot get through to your staff ????

Lakside mall Telkom does not answer the phone nor do they gibe feedback on stock I have been waiting for over 3 weeks.

Beyond poor!!!! or if I can rather say non existant and always offline!!! I took off work twice to go and submit the change in owhership details. It has been almost two months still nothing done about it. No telephone response and the attitude of the personel assisting is very "DON' CARE" Telkom services rated 75% poorly I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. I am sure when they wan't payment they will just cut off the ADSL to my business with no communiction.

There is absolutely no service!!! These people refuse to answer the phone. I have made more than 30 calls to the store. No one is answering the phone. How do you grow a business when you don,t take calls form potential customers? Unfortuanately there is no option to rate -5, so I can only rate 1 star, this is the lowest rating available.
