Left a wedding parcel on 31 August 2019 fully paid in Harare, was told it will leave that specific day or the following day and I called 2 days later to confirm if the parcel have left and was shocked to hear that all this long the parcel have been sitting in their offices and they have the luxury of notifying me that the parcel will leave the following day which will be 3 days later which is unacceptable.

Gertrude Shalom Makazhu was booked on the bus to leave on 19 December, it was supposed to leave tonight 20 December. IT WAS CANCELLED ! ! PLEASE LE ME KNOW WHY IT WAS CANCELLED AGAIN. They want to be with their family over Christmas. THE SERVICE IS BAD ! You also don't answer your phones.

One of this bus Caught fire on Monday morning when it was coming from Harare and now the bus owner Jackson Mukahanana threatens people that who ever is going to take the case further will not leave in SA again. can you believe such nonsense my mother is an SA Citizen the fact she wants to go to road accident its a an issue.
