I am appalled by the quality of your product.I bought 2 hake parcels and a extra piece of fish at your fisheries.I asked for middle cut,but received tale,the fish were not fresh,it was cold and the batter rubbery which tells me it was not fresh.I tried calling,but it kept telling me that the number does not exist.I don't know if I will ever visit your establishment.

They never answer calls or e-mails. Bad service. What's the use calling them to place an order?

Really terrible of a store to advertise that you trade till 20:30 on weekdays but then turn people away at 20:15 with a terrible attitude saying that you're closed already. I strongly suggest you do something about your customer service and ammend your hours.
