De Villiers were completely disorientated towards arrangements transferring patients. Her diagnoses were incorrect, and also refusing to take phone calls or replying on correspondence. When told she will phone back, she never did. When waiting in consulting room, she would not come out. Her knowledge to the medical field is apauling! Shocking to say the least!
