My is a complaint !!! 1stly the telephone number for the Toti store is not working !! 2ndly I recently visited your store and spoke to Malusi Mzolomm one of the counter consultants who was very helpful with my problem that after many days and hours couldn't be sorted via 10210 or 102013 as they had no clue what to do. Anyway Malusi gove me his email address to report back if the technician had called and sorted out my uncapped 10 mb for my internet but his email address was rejected saying "DOESN'T EXIST" !! Does anything exist with Telkom ? I even had to cancel my email address because your technical dept couldn't sort it out !!!!!!!!!!! If i cannot get this uncapped 10mb sorted i'll have no option but to cancel my dealings with Telkom altogether !!!!!!!! PLEASE CAN YOU FOLLOW UP ON THIS COMPLAINT ???

Service is very poor, call are never answered, I applied for a contract I was promised to be called back but I never received no call, I had to call back after two weeks only to be told decision is not made yet. I am disappointed in Telkom Mobile Galleria.

I changed service providers from CellC to Telkom coz i thought CellC had crappy service, but Telkom is worse..... I took a P8 Lite contract and within a month the phone had software problems. The phone was sent for repairs and it took almost a month ro get the phone back. Then in December 2016, the same phone had the same fault again and so i took it back to Telkom on 21.12.2016 and i am still waiting for my phone. On 11/01/2017 i got an sms to go to the store but there was no phone at the store. I called Telkom and was given the repair centre number. The agent told me that the Galleria store had put an incorrect IMEI number on the documents so yes my phone was sent to the store for the correct IMEI number and was returned to the repair centre on 12.01.2017. Now my phone has to follow the queue. I followed up again on 17.01.2017 and was told the phone is still for repairs. I called today and was told the same thing again. Really terrible service

they pathetic waited a hour in the line, spoke to the persons behind the counter he said head office dont care if there big lines they wont hire any more staff, also staff quite because headoffice wont supply them proper chairs with back rests, so it seems head office is to blame not the staff

went into the shop to enquire about an additional cell contract. they didnt have and was going to call me when it arrived. that was around the 12/13th october. still waiting for the call. i am an existing customer. i cant call them as the land line is always busy and going into the shop is at least half an hour before anybody entertains you.

I applied for a phone at telkom, going on the second week now. I tried calling the numbers provided but to no avail. This is really bad service. really upsetting, considering whenever you go into the store you have to wait just too long to get served.

I am still trying to phone Telkom at Amanzimtoti but still no answer and nobody has phoned me back on my application for a Telkom Phone , it is now more than a month now and nothing is happening

I am trying to get hold of Telkom direct in Galleria Durban for days at the number 0319042554. They do not answer and the voicemail box are full. Would like to do business with Telkom but it seems impossible. There is no office available in Port Shepstone any longer. How do I made contact or could they contact me?
