Shocked how poor is your service....alarm not pick-up by Control Room from Hudd 71 last night.After the intervention of my sister (staying alone) somebody showed up -but couldn't do any inspection....because of the dog!!! If ADT service is limitated to "no dog cases only" in Toti area?
