CMS has been Pure Colour’s IT partner since 2012. We have found Shaun and his team to be very efficient, approachable and reliable. Whenever we have a query or a problem, it is attended to either on the same day if it is an emergency, or the following day, which is just what we need as we rely heavily on our IT systems to be functioning at 100%. In 2015, our shop was broken into and all 10 of our computers were stolen. CMS replaced them for us almost immediately. Two weeks after the burglary our shop and adjacent factory were burnt down in an accidental fire – that same night, CMS ensured that our backups were done and in the following days, helped to set us up temporarily with our remaining computers, and then in our new shop once we moved in. We can honestly say that CMS is committed to providing us with the best possible service. From reminders for cleaning and maintenance on our computers, to recommending updates and programmes that will suit our needs as we grow, CMS has shown a vested interest in our IT needs.
