CEFA is launching another Social Auxiliary Work training programme during January 2013 The aim of CEFA is to equip young people throughout South Africa with knowledge, skills and values to empower them to become involved in the development of people and communities

This qualification is the first of its kind in South Africa and also the first to offer vertical progression to the Bachelor of Community Development (NQF Level 8). Community development is an emerging profession and discipline. This qualification is for everybody, employed or unemployed, who wants to become a change agent. Also for people who are already working, or who intends to work in a community development setting.
