How to get the audio files to your outsourced partner.  Easy – you simply record your assignment (letters, meetings, referrals, interviews etc.) upload the audio file in mp 3 or mp 4 format attach the audio file to an email and send it to me.  For written reports, avidatvids etc. you simply fax a copy of original which I will then retype.  I then simply type the assignment on my transcription software and email it back to you in the quickest possible time.
