been trying to call this number all morning it just rings,

Every second number or so that I dial does not get answered. Instead I always get a voice message telling me that the number that I have dialed does not exist. When I dial the number of my cell phone it works. I have reported the problem to Telkom at least three times now and the problem still persists. I called the Telkom offices in Springs and there is no reply either.

This morning I went into Telkom Springs Avenues to buy internet package of 12GB for R499. Get incurring 1GB pet month. The lady who attended to me said there is no such thing. WRONG. There is! She does not know her products nor did she wanted to phone 180 about it. She also did not know that one could buy this on ones phone. She was unhelpful and useless and unprofessional. Telkom Springs also never ever answer their phones They also in any case had no inernet starter package or sim stock Telkom Alvenues deserves minus100 star rating

please cancel my contracts

Very bad service, if you phone them they never bother to pick up the phone or they won't even phone back

Telecom is a joke. they need to learn how to provide proper service. if u want to know why i say this phone me or email me.
