I have tried numerous times to call on your office number, which does not work at all. When walking to work this morning one of your drivers bumped me and did not even stop to check whether I was ok. He has absolutely no respect for pedestrians or others on the road. The numberplate of your diver is HX01RYGP. Please contact me urgently with regards to this incident.

One of yr taxi drivers did not transport us safely as he was constantly speeding at the first instance he was beating a robot behind the jhb police station at which we nearly drove into a truck that was about to go into the intersection as the robot was green for the truck. Second instance on main reef he was speeding and when he changed lanes on a curve he almost lost control of the taxi as he moved from far right lane to the left lane to turn on to the naserec road we asked him to reduce his speed but he did not n turned his music loader. Same thing happened on the downhill at riverlea and on the curve on N17 as we were approaching the big traffic circle. He was asked to river side and b Bhanda but instead of telling us he wasn't familiar hr became aggravated and when he turned on robot next to caltex he just didn't give courtesy to other motorists that he overtook and we nearly collided then he wanted to refuse to go to home affairs claiming he did not know.

I was immotional abused by your taxi drivers, where they sweared at me, while I was trying to get to the other side of the street and get to the other taxi, because I was late to work. They even said I may report them. It was on sunday on the 21/09/2014 at 08:50. The number plate is BK86XMGP. I kept quiet when they sweared and even told me that if I dont get to the taxi that they want they will take my money by force and said I may go to hell. All this happened next to carlton centre, next to barkery shop. I am so hurt and crying when I am busy writting this with you. I need this to be dealt with. I dont understand why should as passengers be treated like animals. Please get to me so I could explain more.

i am happy with how the Association handle their customers with Respect although there are still those lose ends that has to mended... we do not have a taxis that is from any local Mall to get you where ever the route takes. i would to know how can this be sorted or any solutions that we can get
