Yoga is a union of mind, body and spirit. Through the techniques I teach I will help you indentify any imablances in your life or body, and work on bringing all that IS back to balance. This way having the union of the mind, body and spirit and creating the joy in your life.Depending on your needs I teach slow hatha or flowing vinyasa or a more intense ashtanga.I incorporate my 13 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry to encorporate a full package into the yoga practice.I teach small groups, classes, corporate, private and to individuals.
