Macropolis Urban Planning Claimed

Dean Gibb, the principal planner of Macropolis Urban Planning, obtained a Baccalaureus Artium et Scientiae in Urban and Regional Planning in 2009 from the North West University, Potchefstroom Campus.

Dean has worked in the private sector since 2005 and joined the Randfontein Local Municipality in 2011. He dealt with township establishment and large scale Urban Development projects, including Provincial Government housing projects. Dean is also a GIS expert and was involved with Spatial Planning and a new Town Planning Scheme for the Randfontein municipality.

Dean joined a Traffic Engineering firm in the United Arabian Emirates, Dubai, in 2013 as project manager and returned to South Africa in October 2014 when Macropolis Urban Planning was established.
