100% fraudster!!, He hired portable toilets from my company and didn't pay for a year. Always has excuses. Never should anyone trust a person like Kovan Naidoo.

Koven Naidoo, the owner of Mershie's construction is the worst builder. I also had the unfortunate encounter when i given him the my house extension to build. Taken him one year to complete three rooms. Starts of with a full team. After taking money he requires for building material and orders for windows and roofs, he send one guy on site, no supervision and comes up with excuses everday. He uses your money to complete current projects he is busy with. He picks guys of the street to do the work not having seen their workmanship. I spent more money then i budgeted for and had to get my own service providers to complete the house.

I do not recommend using Koven Naidoo. He has taken a huge deposit of R250000 to build my parents home yet the foundation was barely completed 7months later. His workmanship is awful and had to be corrected my the next builder. He refused to refund the balance of money for incomplete work. Do not use him. Nothing but a fraudster
