Worst service ever. Handed my phone in 2 months ago for repair. No bothered to call me to say my phone is done. I had to call to find out. I had to call regarding payment and also had to call numerous time to get it send to me. 3 weeks now and still haven't received my phone. Lizelle sending everything off can't explain where my phone was send to. Just dissapeared into thin air. Staff over there is unprofessional especially Debbie and Lizelle. Up to now I am still waiting for a response regarding my phone. Will never recommend anyone to make use of this service in Port Elizabeth

Technician ordered the faulty part on and phoned me on 3/11/2015 on 12/11/2015 to say he received wrong part and till now I heard nothing from him again. This is unacceptable!!!!!

My experience at the Port Elizabeth branch has been terrible in terms of customer service. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff with no telephone etiquette. Samsung, you need to please train your staff to answer the telephone in a professional manner and not conduct conversations on the side when they are dealing with customers.
