I'm so frustrated with their customer care. 3rd week awaiting part to arrive from jhb for my washing machine. no feedback and i have to phone constantly.no target date also. i should've bought a DEFY instead as their service is 100 times better!!!

This is incorrect information. If this number is called you will get sent to an obscure 086 number which is totally a waste of time

Very Poor service - can't be bothered to let you know what is going on. Wish I had read everyone else's review - would never have gone there. My phone still not fixed one month later! AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN

Worst service ever. Handed my phone in 2 months ago for repair. No bothered to call me to say my phone is done. I had to call to find out. I had to call regarding payment and also had to call numerous time to get it send to me. 3 weeks now and still haven't received my phone. Lizelle sending everything off can't explain where my phone was send to. Just dissapeared into thin air. Staff over there is unprofessional especially Debbie and Lizelle. Up to now I am still waiting for a response regarding my phone. Will never recommend anyone to make use of this service in Port Elizabeth

A part was ordered for my washing machine 10 days ago. Techinicion still unable to get a date of Cathrine asto when it will be received. This is not acceptable? I would like proof that it has been ordered and the exact date it will be received?? Alternatively I will take this further.

Technician ordered the faulty part on and phoned me on 3/11/2015 on 12/11/2015 to say he received wrong part and till now I heard nothing from him again. This is unacceptable!!!!!

My experience at the Port Elizabeth branch has been terrible in terms of customer service. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff with no telephone etiquette. Samsung, you need to please train your staff to answer the telephone in a professional manner and not conduct conversations on the side when they are dealing with customers.
