worst service ever, no back up service at all! all the assistants want is to sign up a new contract and never help the customer with any porting issues. this is not service! this is a money hungry sales assistant.

firstly nobody hold up to their promise of customer follow ups and feed backs, then they have a policy where they help walk in clients only . what nonsense. nobody including the manager does not answer calls. huge mistake taking a contract with telkom

I regret the day i ported my number from vodacom to telkom. Can't wait for this contract to end. Very very poor. would not advise anyone to do business with telkom.

I took my home telephone at the begining of April to the store as it is faulty. The consultant tried to sort out but failed. He said I need a new phone and he wrote my name on a waiting list. Up until now I have not receive a call to update me to come in for a new phone and it is impossible to get hold of them on the phone. This is very frustrating.

The service at Telkom Liberty Mall is pathetic. I have been on the phone with the consultant 4 times in one day with regards to my phone not being connected and to date no response. I was told the store manager will call me back just before end of business day as they are very busy. And I never received a call. We have been to the store 3 times over the past week and my land line as still not been connected. No follow up call from the consultant or the store manager today.
