I have tried since Nov 2015 to order two belts for a Russel Hobbs Bakers Delight Breadmaker model RHPM1500. I paid a deposit of R50 and was promised a call in the new year. I spoke to Savir at spares who knew nothing in spite of a reference number. He has promised to call back, but 5 days later he is still unavailable. I find this very poor service and hope this is not the general practice at this firm. Could I please have some assistance from someone? Reference number 12589
