Hi Account: 023074 ID No: 5812150866088 TB Makeleni My Mother bought a TV at your store in Dumbe last year and it is not even six months the TV was broken, It was reported and collected by your branch in Dumbe for repairs.The item has not yet been repaired and is still seating at the store since it was taken in January and it is now April, I spoke to a VERY VERY VERY RUDE lady on the phone for the last 3 days at the Dumbe Branch about the matter and SHE IS CLUELESS AND HELPLESS AND RUDE, her name is cleo, She has promised to call me back but she never does, when I eventually get hold of her she gives me stinking attitude,My mother pays for this account every month and she pays for insurance too, but the service from Lewis is very poor and your staff is VERY VERY RUDE to customers, My mom has been without a TV for two months now and nobody even knows at your store when the issue of her TV will be resolved I really need answers on this because this is not what she signed for and
