Genuine Connection Promotions is an apparel supplier & manufacturer with both its Head Office and manufacturing operations based in Paarl, Western Cape ± 60 kilometres north from the City of Cape Town. The company was established in 1995 by its owner, the late Lionel Gericke, growing over the last 22 years from 20 employees to a current staff complement of 210 across the manufacturing, admin and marketing departments. Genuine Connection Promotions design, develop, manufacture and distribute a wide range of sport, lifestyle-, corporate- and other clothing to its very diverse clientele (customers, buyers, retailers, resellers and agents). Additional to clothing, Genuine Connection also design, develop and wholesale sports equipment, accessories, headwear, bags and promotional items. The annual production capacity is between 300 000 and 400 000 units depending on the style and makeup of the garments.
