Telkom watergate mall is the worst the consultants does not have any customer experience. I had the worst experience with them and up to day my matter has not been resolved I will log a complaint on hello peter as well they do no even answer there calls when you walk in they are so relaxed and talk to each other I did a sim swop and its more than 24 hours an still it is not active I drove there 4 times and they keep saying its a system issue. WHERE IS TCF?? How can a customer suffer because of there system

bad services I applied for contract in November 2014 and i never had a phone call from anyone its January 2015 ever since i have been there personally 3 times the consultant said they are waiting on the stock and to come from the warehouse does it take this long to get a tab come on Telkom i am so disappointed

Does the guys in the store ever answer a telephone? I have tried each store in the Western Cape and all of them just keeps going to voice mail, stating please call the following number as we are busy with walk in customers. I actually stood inside an empty store and called to the store and it gave me the same answer. This is PATHETIC!! and all this cause I would like to upgrade my line. I am giving Telkom business but I get this service!!

Bad service i applied for a contract they advised me that it take 3 days for approval i went on the 3rd day they advised me my application is still pending it is more than a week and still no feedback from Telkom Extremely dissapointed in there service
