Wonderful friendly atmosphere, service from reception superb - everyone greeted you - even the guys that came in from the workshop. I dealt with Million and was kept fully in the picture during the 2,5 days my car was in for service and repairs. I will definitely continue to deal with Auto Works. Thanks Million, you are a star!!!!

send an on line message for a service and had NO reply for x2 days. If the staff is not looking at the message then that option is a total waist of time. I am an old client but am not impressed. I just phoned now at 17.00 hrs and NOBODY answers. Luckily there are other good workshops around that I will use for my fleet of bakkies from now on. WOT= Waist Of Time!! Harry

They never return calls, they also don't call to give feedback on quotes to get confirmation to go ahead. Service needs to be jacked up!!!! Old client and service levels have dropped
