Essentially, my philosophy is one of unconditional, positive regard and I aim to help clients improve their skills to become adept in relationships, for which I have a particular process. Interwoven through this process and dependent on the needs of each client, are various counselling methods and resources that might be included on our journey together. These methods range from Narrative Therapy and Inner Child Work, to Solution Focussed therapy, Gestalt processes, Self-change, Transpersonal therapy, Cognitive Behavioural and Psycho-dynamic treatments (ABCT).
