Centrafin commenced operations in October 2002 as an independent financial intermediary in the Operating Rental market In June of 2010 the Pinnacle Technology Holdings Group acquired 51% shareholding in the company, and in March 2012 Centrafin became a full subsidiary of the PTH group A decade after it commenced business Centrafin is poised to grow substantially and play an important role in facilitating finance solutions for both group and external customers
