XXX CV & Mechanical Centre Unclaimed

My husband took his vehicle to XXX Exhaust and transport to replace the ball joints in June 18. On 19 Sept 18 while driving the ball joint came loose, the wheel came off and the shock popped out. This was caused due to the ball joints that was not fitted correctly. My husband went back and explained to them what happened, but they didn't seem to care. The owner just said it's not his fault, it's the worker's fault. He said he would replace the lower control arm bushes (that we supplied) as he was supposed to do in the first place along with the ball joints. We took the vehicle in on 28 Sept 18 and he said we could pick up the vehicle 29 Sept 18 before 9am. We phoned the owner (Dirk) and his wife (Nicolene) and both their phones was off 29 September 18 before 9am. I eventually got hold of the reception lady who said she'll try and find them. I received a call from Nicolene. She started yelling at me. We picked up the vehicle but the steering wheel is skew and bushes was not done.
