Awesome and great doctor. Staff working there is awful and unwilling to help.

Went in to make an appointment for my wife. The assistant asked me about the nature of the problem, which I explained in short and which my wife would take up with the doctor itself. This was not sufficient and she told me she would phone my wife. I apparently did not qualify. Again I asked her to do her job and make an appointment. After a heated debate she walked out fuming. I think she should get of her high horse and talk in a normal manner to clients whom she would only be to glad to accept their money. I just hope the doctor knows what terrible shape his first line of defense is in. If this is the case I find it find it even worse. It is totally unacceptable and I will take the matter to a higher level.
