Rant En Dal Animal Hospital Unclaimed

I unfortunately can't give a good review especially for exotic pets, the help our baby marmoset got after being bitten by a dog was shocking. Nothing was done to see what the injuries were and our baby was left to die in a incubator and only received an injection for shock. the monkey was taken there around 12h30 on the Thursday, when getting there again at 17h30 our baby was still in the incubator and on the Friday morning we got the call that he didn't make it through the night, he was left to die a slow and obviously painful death. He wasn't our pet but our baby. My personal feeling is that they didn't care in helping to save our baby, and at least if they did xrays, he could have either been saved or if injuries were too severe we could have put him to sleep instead of making him suffer for 6 hours or more. I will not refer anyone to the hospital, especially people with exotic pets. We as a family are deeply saddened by the way our baby was treated or rather not treated.
