What a terrible experience I had, in times we are leaving in businesses are still taking chances of old people, while the consumer act is still protecting people. My mother made a lay bye for bricks and in July she has been paying her instalments monthly and the balance was always showing without a price change when she went to pay to take out her lay bye the balance has gone up, I personally feel that this is day light robbery, why would the balance tell something else when you go to collect your stock you are being told that you shouldn't look at the balance. But I'm sure if the consumer protection Act can look at things like these our people won't find themselves in the same situation like my mother.
