Centre Quartz Jewellers Unclaimed

I took my watch in for a service, that took about 3 weeks, and at the end costed more than the original price I was told. I was told that I have a 1 year warranty, and if there was any problems, I can bring back the watch. A month later I swam with my watch, as I did numerous times before I had it "serviced"... My watched leaked and I took it back to them. I was informed that my mechanism on the inside rusted, and that I will need to pay a new service price to fix. I queried the matter, and was told, by the owner, that it's my responsibility to ask if I can swim with it, and I didn't, so, to bad. She offered me to buy a new mechanism at half price, but she is not going to repair the price under the warranty, which I had, and it's not her responsibility to inform the clients that they loose their water resistance properties if you use them to service your watches. I will advise no one to support them/
