Some of the Seashells apartments are also for sale. Each unit is a Safe Investment because the title becomes yours. It is a sectional title ownership and has nothing to do with Time Share (titles secured on the unit). Breakfast can be served on request at a minimal cost in our  breakfast/conference facility.
