Builders 4u Construction, owned by Thembani Khumalo took 2++ years to build 6 walls for us and botched the build so badly that we have to pay another builder over R150 000 to FIX the work to a point where it will be signed off. We have laid civil and criminal charges as he refuses to pay us back. His building work is so dangerous we were told by building inspectors that the roof would collapse on us!
