after signing up for a data contract on 24 February, i was told that i can collect the Router and sim card on Monday 26 February, when testing it the evening i found that the Sim card was not activated. on the 28th i received a phone call to inform me that i must go to the shop to collect a new sim card as the one i received was faulty, i collected the new sim card and it worked excellent but with only about 500MB data, which is acceptable. today the 1st of March i started working at 06:00 am, but only to find that i have no data. I called the shop twice but was told every time that the sales lady was busy and that she would call me back. it is now 11:40 am and still no response, This means I have wasted 5h 40 min today that i could not use my computer.
