FBIRA is the brain child and creation of the Academy’s Director of Coaching, Kyle Condon. A very respected and successful rugby coach himself, Kyle and his team have carefully created an academy that directly meets the demands of the modern game and it’s players. It is Kyle’s opinion that more often than not our young rugby players are being let down when it comes to position specific skills and micro skill development. One of the problems with rugby academies is that they are generally the product of universities or large provincial unions, thus making them inaccessible to many young rugby players. Furthermore, academies focus on older age groups from 15 to 21 years of age.
