Aikido Fish Hoek Unclaimed

Aikido is a Japanese Martial Art which uses the principle of non clashing, flowing circular techniques from a strong centered position to defend against attack. The training is physical involving locks and throws as well as weapons training but has application in daily life dealing with work and personal conflicts and tensions. Beginners are welcome and a free trial lesson is recommended.
