Waiting time for service - 15 clients at this stage - only 1 teller available but 5 counters - this service stink!!! Management is not even in their offices! Problem with service is not even being attended to. Queue after queue!!! Why do we always stand in queues to WAIT for service. Everybody is paying for service not provided! Solve your issues!!!!!
