Morning i would like to know how long does it take for insurance to approve your claim,because i lost my tv on the 4th of july 2015 and i made a claim on 6th of july, supervisor of my branch told me to wait for 3 weeks but nothing came out and she refused to give claim number because i called the insurance they asked for the claim number, so i keep going to my branch and call them but supervisor always says that i should wait but nothing comes out, she even drop my calls and she is not so kind to me, i always wait for her to call me after she has done the follow up because she told me that she is the one who have to do the follow up but she never called me even once but i calls her mybe twice a week to do follow up on her but she always tells me that i must wait she will call me, so i am willing to know how long must i wait because its been 2months now and i am waiting for that claim so i can leave newcastle because i have got a job to somewhere else so i am waiting for this claim.
