Water used to make the ice passes through a 0.5 micron filter. This removes all off-tastes, odours and dirt particles giving us pure and hygienic ice. Our hygiene standards are randomly checked by Micro Laboratories.The IGLOO ICE cube is a dice cube used throughout the hospitality industry.
