Welcome to the biltong warehouse,we supply various biltong franchises and stores with biltong and droewors as well as supplying restaurants with venison.Our factory produces top quality biltong and droewors made from only A-Grade beef and game hunted in the Northern Cape.GameOur game biltong and droewors consists of Eland, Kudu, Gemsbok, Springbok and Ostrich meat mostly from the Northern Cape.All the meat used in our game products originate from game farms, where animals are hunted in their natural habitat by professional hunters. Some of our meat is also hunted using traditional bow and arrow hunting, causing the animal less stress. Beef Biltong, Stix and NuggetsOur beef biltong and droewors are made on a daily basis using the most flavoursome A-grade silver side beef cuts and the finest professionally blended spices. This ensures that all our biltong is fresh, healthy and full of flavour. We have selected a standard range of spices that consist of traditional, chilli, BBQ, chutney and garlic, but we can supply any spice from our blenders on request.Chicken biltong and strips.Our chicken is imported from Brazil and we only use the breast meat in all of our chicken products. Our standard spice range consit of chilli, cajun and lemon & herb.Our prices based on quantities and we deliver for free within a 50 kilometer radius of Durbanville, as long as the order is 10 kilograms or more. All other orders are sent via overnight courier service.
