We aim to relieve people of pain and restore them to their maximum level of functioning. We aim to manage patients of all ages holistically by incorporating the principals of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, utilising a multi-disciplinary approach. We aim to equip patients to manage their injuries, pain and co-morbidities and maintain overall good health and well-being. We will strive to deliver the highest standard of physiotherapy management available to our patients by utilising all the latest resources at our disposal to provide quality and cost effective treatment.

I have been a patient of this wonderful practice since 2000, for the past 17 years. After completing my 19th Comrades Marathon in 2000, I was referred to an Orthopaedic Surgeon for Medical Meniscus Surgery. My post-operative treatment was handled by Shamim Khan. Her expertise, knowledge, skill and experience in treating sports related injuries is second to none. Her treatment, care and concern ensures that I left the practice satisfied patient. In 2004, Shamim was instrumental in ensuring that I complete my 20th Comrades Marathon. A day before the Comrades, I injured my back. ...
