i write this complaint with utter disappointment i had over paid a bill in march and when i went in to a cellc store in mobeni durban a sales consultation gave me incorrect information that i had to pay R360 more which i did that same week i called cellcs customer care line to make sure everything was in order and the account was closed i was then told by shpiwe hadabe that i have a balance that was due to me which is R711 I have been trying from march to get my money back from cellc with no luck no 1 replies to emails when you phone the customer care lines its like talking to a brick wall they themselves dont know why the refund is taking so long everytime you call them they say within the next 7days the money will be refunded so basically thats how my 3months went i have lost count with how many times i called cellc to be honest..i have sent my proof of payments over 4 times and no1 replies after that i know its only R711 but at the end off the day its a customers money!!

Have been a loyal client for so long but lately am very unhappy with the service , in the last 4 months I opened an account for a cell c router and some how they tried taking my monthly debit order off of an account that was not mine I have no idea of where they even got this account number from so they kept on telling me I have insufficient funds in my account which I hadn't only to find out it wasnt my account they were trying to debit off so they have blocked my router in the 4 months I've had use of my router for 1 month and this month they took all 4 months off 1 time including the debit order fees for not going through which actually was not my fault so I should not actually pay for it but money was taken off my account any way as soon as I had money in my account and thanks to Cell c I am now short for the month I am a single mother looking after my mother and my son on 1 salary so I am very pissed off and nobody seems to now how to fix this i hope u can sort this out ASAP

Am so unhappy with the extra services that are being add to my contract without my permission . am so sick of paying for GetMore while it not in use.

pathetic service from your Bluff Branch my phone went in for a software upgrade, eventually it was lost then found and now no communication what so ever. when I call them the phone rings continuously when I phone you guys at Lalucia the same happens like really for a cell phone company and no one ans the phone very disappointing....

Please call me about the possibility of renting cell phones to use for our student registration in January 2016.
