Why don’t you answer telephones? Where must I get banking details to pay fines? Banking details on fines - invalid?

Poor service. Tried phoning for bank details so that I can actually pay a fine but no one answers and it is two in the afternoon. It makes me wonder why bother to try and pay. They must make enough money so that they do not need mine

Madibeng traffic department It is just a joke,those people seems like they dont wanna be there or atleast assist to do my learners or it felt like I was moving from one country to another,you get there in the morning just to be told the forms for learners they only take them out during certain dates I should call inn Wednesdays as I explained that the number I have doesnt go through,then was given a number @the reception I went out on my way tried calling the number doesnt exist ,but was told you should cal them N.B. nO number works) all their lines dont go through but they still give yOu that number;went back told them that the number doesnt go through the lady @reception say we are aware ,you ask them why do they still give us those number and dont they put info on the website on how they Operate then they send me to their senior who still use the same script?and tells me hel attend to m

they only open 2 days a month for learners registrations and when you go on the day they are open they say they only help the 1st 20 people then the rest are given dates to come back for form submissions then you given a date to write your learners, they get payed for being useless. should close down cause everyone ends up going to Mabopane .

Why is there a phone number on Website if nobody is answering, tried whole day and no answer, this is pathetic, no wonder this country is falling apart with people like that, and to think, us as tax payers is paying their salaries butt no help!!!!!! Went on Friday, it was closed for no reason. I now would like someone to pick up my license on my behalf , do I need an Affidavit?

The cashiers are very rude and while you have to pay cash the never have the correct amount of change hence keeping/ stealing what ever change they should give you cashing up with a lot of spare what happen to change that the people pay them with ( Joseph at info on the other hand are very helpful

could not believe my ears the lady at licence office say she cannot register a vehicle coming from Natal to Northwest-she claims she was not trained for that-this is absolute poor service

I cannot get through on the telephone, but have a fine that has not been paid but the post office is on strike so I cannot pay the fine. Can I pay on the internet?
