We bought 1 x 250g cut spinach from Checkers, Mossel Bay Mall, Heiderand, Mossel Bay. The packet stipulates: “washed and ready to use”. I wash shocked with the amount of stems we had to cut out from the spinach. My suggestion: ensure quality cut spinach without all the stalks and stems and rather increase the price if need be. I wouldn’t be proud to sell a product like this. I hope this would assist you to improve your quality control. In today’s challenging times, if one buys something “ready to use”, one expects it to be ready and not spend minutes to clean the leaves properly. I have a photo of all the stalks and stems we removed from this one packet. Kind regards Thomas

HI, you carry a great range of herbs. The freshmark packaging is terrible however. Perhaps you could have a little think about that! Bag with a gusset that serves no purpose but to squash the herb. Pity. How about getting fresh plants like WW. Much better to preserve.

Good day.I am very impress with your fresh herbs which are sold at Shoprite.I always buys the coriander,mint and parsley.However there is a problem with the packages since it goes off very quickly within days of buying it.Please change because it is really fresh and like it.

This is a complaint! I would like to know how long you hold your blue boxes of bananas before being supplied to Checkers.I know that the fruit comes from other provinces but I am a bit tired of buying bananas in your boxes that go bad within 2 days.I bought on the 12th Dec 2013 & by the 15th they were almost bad.The sell by date was as the 14th Dec 2013. They were not refridgerated or placed in the sun. I chose a box in which the bananas were yellow (I prefer them to be on the green side but none available) I cannot eat that many bananas in 3 days. I have phoned the phone number at he base of the blue box & lodged a complaint there.This might fall on deaf ears as it's hardly a review!
